  • Muffin liners 
  • Nonstick cooking spray

    Strawberry Shakeology 
  • ¾
    cup / 70 g
    almond flour

  • tsp.
    baking powder

  • tsp.
    floor cardamom
  • ½
    cup / 120 ml
    unsweetened almond milk
  • 3

    eggs
  • 2
    Tbsp.
    ghee (natural grass-fed, if potential), melted
  • 1
    Tbsp.
    pure vanilla extract 
  • ¼
    cup / 40 g
    contemporary raspberries
  • ¼
    cup / 30 g
    chopped contemporary strawberries
  1. Preheat oven 350° F (180 °C) 

  2. Line a muffin pan with 6 muffin liners; flippantly coat with spray. Put aside. 

  3. Combine Shakeology, almond flour, baking powder, and cardamom in a medium bowl. Put aside. 

  4. Mix almond milk, eggs, ghee, and extract in a big bowl; combine nicely. 

  5. Add dry combination to liquid combination; stir till nicely mixed. Gently fold in raspberries and strawberries.  

  6. Evenly divide batter amongst ready muffin cups, filling every roughly ¾ full.  

  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or till tops are golden brown and toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clear. 

  8. Switch muffins to a cooling rack. Serve instantly, or refrigerate in an hermetic container for as much as 4 days or freeze for as much as 1 month.
